Amir joined Ilan Orly & Co. in 2011 as an associate lawyer, after he made a change of career and became a lawyer
 
Prior to the above, Amir has worked 20 years as an aviation security personnel for El-Al Israel Airlines Ltd., where he became aware of airlines practice and handling.
 
Amir has also been a football player and trainer for many years, including having his own football school. Amir is still the chairman (as a voluntary public service) of the Modiin City youth football teams.
 
Both above activities contributed to Amir's business awareness and understanding.
